For the last seven years, I’ve been doing the inner work — the kind no one sees but everyone feels. I spent years unraveling old patterns rooted in people-pleasing, overgiving, and tying my worth to how much I was needed or chosen. I walked away from multiple narcissistic relationships, not just physically, but emotionally and energetically — learning how to stop abandoning myself in the process. I learned the hard way that love without boundaries isn’t love — it’s survival. That being “nice” at the expense of your truth only leads to resentment. And that healing isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s about remembering who you were before the world taught you to shrink.
I’m a certified life coach, and through both professional training and lived experience, I’ve helped women around the world reconnect with themselves, heal from emotionally draining relationships, and build self-trust, confidence, and standards that actually stick.
Today, I don’t teach self-love as a trend or a mantra — I teach it as a lifestyle. One rooted in self-respect, emotional safety, and embodied confidence. My work is for women who are tired of proving, chasing, and settling — and are ready to come home to themselves, fully and unapologetically.

Right now, my focus is on creating spaces and tools that support deep self-love, from conversations that heal to programs that help women raise their standards, trust themselves again, and step fully into who they’re becoming.
